If I browse a category using my category list, and then do a search for a product by keyword, and select from the list, the category that I was last viewing shows up on the top of the page, making it seem that this product is part of that category, which it is not.
To me this is a bug - why should the old category information from whatever I last looked at be shown for an unrelated product.
I looked throiugh the list of known bugs, and did not see this one listed.

Kevin,
This was fixed in BETA2 of SP1 but it introduced another issue (not quite a bug) that will be fixed in the final release of SP1 due out next week. |

Thanks. I looked through the list that was posted, but I didn't see it - maybe I missed it.
I waited a while before porting my store, as I wanted to avoid any version x.0 issues. We use your Shipper to integrate with FedEx (works great, btw). Is Shipper solid on 5 - I notice you posting lots of bugs in BVC - I hope their bugs aren't affecting using Shipper.

Thank you for the kind words. I don't think the breadcrumbs problem was listed in the bugs forum, which is why you could not find it. Shipper 1.4 will support BVC5 and there is a release candidate available for testing. It requires BVC5 SP1 so I will need about a week after BVC5 SP1 final is released to make sure that nothing broke between SP1 BETA2 and final. Then I will release final builds. |
