I have free ground shipping for orders over $100. I created two UPS shipping options: Ground and 2nd Day. I then created a Marketing Offer - Shipping. I choose the shipping method to be UPS, but it doesnt give me the option to only chose ground. Therefore, if a customer purchases something over $100, not only can they get free ground shipping, they can also get free second day. Bug?

When you say you created two UPS shipping options, do you mean that you actually went under Options >Shipping and created two different UPS shipping methods? Or that you created a UPS shipping method and then checked both Ground and 2-day? If you did the second scenario, then you should create two different shipping methods, call one "UPS Ground", and the other UPS Other. In the UPS Ground method, only select UPS Ground, in the other select any other UPS shipping methods you would like. Then when you create your offer, you can set it to use the "UPS Ground" shipping method. All of the other shipping types allow you to only select one shipping type per method, but since UPS allows us to pass multiple requests in one connection, we have it setup so you can check multiple shipping types. In your case, this is keeping you from doing what you want.

If I am off-base, and you do actually have multiple shipping methods, then please let me know and we will look into this further for you.

Ok, So now I have it setup like you suggested, but it doesnt apply the 100 % discount. I noticed that when I set it up by percent, the dollar sign still shows. I attached two screen shots, one of my admin and the other of the Checkout.aspx page. It shows the price of what shipping would be bext to ground, and the $0.00, but it doesnt get applied in the summary.

On the second image it shows the full price for the shipping, and this is in a span with a css class that you need to define as hidden or as a mark-through. This is why it shows the price for shipping, and then next to it, it shows the $0.00. That is the discounted price. When you click away from the UPS ground and to the next option and then back, does the 6.57 still show up at the bottom of the page (in the totals section)?

I understand the css for the Shipping Area, but the $6.57 should not be applied in the Aummary Area because its discounted.

Switching between the two shipping options, it still shows the charge.

Can you go to the Options > About page and give me a screenshot of that? Also, can you go to Options > Workflows > and click edit on the Calculate Order workflow. Then give me a screen shot of this workflow. The discounts work fine for me here, and I have no reference to a bug after SP1 that would be causing this, so it could likely be something in the setup.

Hmm, everything looks good. Do me a favor and add an "Update Order" workflow task right after the "Apply Offers" workflow task. It is possible that something is failing later and the order isn't being properly updated.

Also, can you check your event log when this happens and let me know if you see anything odd in there.

Still doesnt work. There are also no errors before i added the workflow task, and after i added the workflow task. Would you like access to the site to troubleshoot a bit more?

Yes, access to the store would help. Just send an e-mail to support with your contact info and I will get back to you.
