Repost: A client may change the URL for a product a couple times, testing whether they prefer dashes or underscores in the name. Every time, a new custom URL is saved but the old one isn't deleted, so the product apparently ends up with errors. |

I have not been able to reproduce this, looking at the code on the edit product and edit category pages, I have not found a way to get old custom urls to stick around. Are you seeing multiple custom url's in the database? |
