I created a vs.net 2005 solution as per: http://www.bvsoftware.com/BVCommerce5Manual/How%20To's/VisualStudioSetup.aspx When I try and compile I get the following errors and warnings: Error 1 Unable to copy file "app.config" to "bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll.config". Could not find file 'app.config'. BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core Error 2 Unable to copy file "H:\Visual Studio 2005 Projects\bvC\Live\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core\bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll" to "bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll". Could not find file 'H:\Visual Studio 2005 Projects\bvC\Live\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core\bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll'. BVSoftware.BVC5.Payment.AuthorizeNet Error 3 Unable to copy file "H:\Visual Studio 2005 Projects\bvC\Live\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core\bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll" to "bin\Debug\BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.dll".
