I've created 3 different Gift Certificates.
And I also created a Grid to show them in a specific page.

Now, when I enter to the page with the grid it shows me the thumbs of the small images I've defined in the BVAdmin. But when I choose any of them, the Gift Description doesn't shows me the medium image.

I dont know how to fix this.

Thanks.

What does the path look like that you have pointing to the medium image?

smal images path: Images/products/Gift50_Sm.jpg

medium images path: Images/products/Gift50_Sm.jpg

Should't both work?

I mean, they are both in the same folder. and even on the same as the products images, but it only appears as "no image available"

But when I choose the img, it shows me the preview

Actually, I just checked and there was some path resolution issues on the gift certificate pages that we have fixed for SP2. For now, try using an absolute path to the image. Such as http://www.yoursite.com/images/myimage.jpg

You could also try putting a forward slash on the front of the image path, so that it is relative to the root of the website, but not when you use the absolute path that I specified above.

Thanks! I was experiencing this same issue. We will use the absolute URL until SP2.
