Link from custom side menu to manufacturer...

I have created side menu - 'Shop By Brand'. Can anyone explain me how to find/make a link to my manufacturer? Say if I have a Sony in my side menu and I have a 30 Sony product, how do I make a link to my entire Sony product? Thank you.
