Adding non-shared product modifiers to a product doubles its existing shared product modifiers

When I have a product using shared product modifiers and then I add a non-shared modifier that only applies to that product, the shared ones are being created again, giving me duplicates of each of them associated with the product. Seems like a bug. Any advice to stop this?

SP2 beta is being tested by a bunch of us now. I had the same and sim. problems as this. I think it's been cleared up... at least I haven't yet seen it happen to me on an SP2 build. Sit tight, there's a lot being worked on... |

We're beta testing SP2 now. We expect the official release in about 2 to 3 weeks.
