vs.net 2005 solution issues, clicking on 'go to definition' not referring back to the other projects

Hi,
example, if I go to default.aspx.vb and right click on 'GetSafeMasterPage' and select 'go to definition' I expect to jump to the Class file with the method definition but for some reason I don't.
It must be that VS.NET is not linking all the projects together for some reason, is there somethign I have to do to link them together? It could be that changes I make to Bvc5.Core are not being pushed to the /bin folder of www also (my guess).
Ideas?
