Here is the files for the original bulk order list. Also, the block id on the page is what is used to save and retrieve page specific settings using the ComponentSettingsManager. Well, meanwhile waiting, the first problem, not able to add multiple items into one step into the cart was depending by the loadproducts() call ouside the if not ispostback condition. This reloaded all the times the list and the page lose the refers to the checkbox.
About the pager. It continue to doesn't work. No really know what it could cause this, but I cannot publish the web site in this conditions.

I'm sorry, but the problems you are having fall into the realm of custom programming. While we really want to help you, if we cannot get to your store and your code and be able to debug it then we don't really have any chance of helping you. I can suggest things here over and over, but unless I can see it all working in your store then I am just randomly guessing. If you want you can contact support and schedule us to assist you. You have reason. I will try to complete a bit the shop and the public it in an hidden area of the server, so you will see at it. I don't have a time frame for this, but it should be really soon, since the customer is waiting.
