What is the procedure for remote deployment of sp2? Do I run the installer with the remote sql server connection information and then manually upload the files in "/src" to my site? The install works wonderfully on my local machine.

Hi Christian,
I would recommend copying your site to your local machine, running the patch on it, and then copying it back to your webserver. You can leave the DB on its server, just make a backup before running the patch.
