I clicked on the little arrow next to the empty search term box and got " Matches for "" " with the last entire catalog presented as a match. The items shouldn't have been presented, and an error message should prompt proper user input. Even though "ALL" manufacturers, etc. was correct, presenting the entire catalog is useless.
This happened on my site under development and two other SP2 sites that are 'live'. |

Hey Mitch. Under Options > Search, you can disable blank search terms. |
