A store I created has about 20 categories and within each category their are 5-20 subcategories. A few of the new categories I created do not show any of their subcategories I added in the admin section. This creates a problem I can not edit its content or add imagery to that subcategory it just shows a blank page when I click on the subcategories link. All I can do is add product to each specific subcategory. The Subcategories show up on the store front and in the products page in admin when selecting a category. I am very confused by this and would appreciate any help.

Would it be possible to get a screenshot and some details about what type of category they are? Any additional information about what may be similar between the categories that you are referring to would also be helpful in trying to figure out the issue. |
