I set up a price group at 70% of site price (30% discount) and signed on as a discount buyer.

A standard-sized product costing $219.95 shows a discount to $153.96... a 30% discount. (First image)

The large-sized product with a price modified (add $45.00) to $264.95 shows a discount to $230.46... a 13% discount. (Second image) The price should be $185.46 ($264.95 * .70 = $185.46)

At the cart, the price shows as $198.96. Where did this price come from? (Third image)

Is this a work-flow thing???

Can I:

1. Have the product page to show a 30% no matter what choices are selected/modified?

2. Have the total shown at the checkout show the same amount as the product page?

Justin,

I can't get over how incredible it is to get such responses to problems and inquiries.... coming from where many of us are coming from, you guys are a breath of fresh air.

I know some of these things (on the forum) are petty annoyances, some are pretty serious depending on the products listed....

At least we're all rowing in the same direction.

This fix is going to require patching the core, and so we are compiling a few fixes that we have so far and we are planning on trying to release a patch for this next week.

FYI only. This is just a reminder of my previous post which may or may not be related to this issue.

Similar problem . . .

When an Admin places a New Order for a customer who is a member of a Price Group, the product price adjustment is not applied.

Did the Core HotFix #1 fix this issue?

Thanks,

Linette

I believe that issue should have been fixed by SP2. Let me look into it to see if something has changed.

I have the issue with SP2, but I have not applied the Core Hotfix #1.

Thanks,

Linette
