Not sure if this is a bug or not.

When entering a New Order in BVAdmin -- after you enter items and the customers's address, etc., the Sales Tax does not register unless you click on Update under the list of products (as if you changed the quantity).

Also, I can't seem to get the shipping to show up in the list of charges. if you "complete order" it will be calculated right, but if you are on the phone with a customer and entering the information, you need to have those totals there in front of you.

Ideally, this would be an Ajax panel -- like the Shipping charges during a "normal" checkout -- but at least, there should be a button that will fill in all the lines (subtotal, tax, shipping, total).
