Has anyone come up with a way to edit/customize the Low Stock email? Is there a way to exclude products from being included? Simply having products marked as not keeping track of inventory does not preclude them from being reported as "Out of Stock" in the email.

Just write your own Inventory Report function following the one ProductInventory.EmailLowStockReport or even better just modify the bvc_ProductInventory_AllLowStock_s to return only the products you want based on your criterias.
