Product Variation - add question mark link after drop-down

Is there any way to add a question mark (or other icon) link just to the right of a product choice? I would like the customer to be able to link to an image next to their color options drop-down menu (some color options do change the price). I have other uses for this kind of link at other customer choices but this gives the idea of what I'm trying to do.
Any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

Fancy css footwork should do it. You can create an html area below or above it, position it absolutely and move it to where you want. That way you can have different links for different product choices.
I did something similar for a client. We didn't put it next to the dropdown because the dropdowns were too big but it's easy enough to put it wherever you want. Let me know if you need specifics |

Thank you so much. That was the ticket! That is going to work just great. I can insert text, images, links, wherever I want, now. That html area feature in the product variations is great.
