We have over 50K Users, 2000 Products and over 60K orders in our store now.
We have over 2,000 products and recieve 130-200 orders a day.
Would you recommend the free version of SQL or should I pay the money for the "Real" SQL. |

What is the size of the DB? One server running web and SQL or two servers? 200-300 orders/day = what in unique users? SQL2005 Express should handle the size without issue, I would worry about the CPU and RAM limit. I am going to stay with SQL 2005 Standard. I was going to buy another box but now I do not have to so I don't have to buy more licenses..
