Gift Certificates and Google Payments don't mix well

Customers who order Gift Certificates with Google Checkout are not getting their Gift Certificates.
And to make one for them, I have to actually open up the database and add a row. For SP3, my wish it to have a more robust Gift Certificate system, where I can add ones manually via the Admin. |

Probably wouldn't work for Paypal express customers who bypass the normal checkout. With Google you can offer them a Google checkout certificate. Or give them a Promotinoal code instead. |
