Hi,
I have downloaded SP2, but I am a bit confused at the moment.
CoreSourceSP2__BV Commerce 5 - Dev Pack SP2
The above folder has the files for the Core source code, but where is the /src directory that has the files for the www project (website, not dll source).
Thanks.

If you are going from SP1 to SP2, you want to download the "BV Commerce 5 - Patch (SP1 to SP2 w/Dev Pack)" zip file.
This file will contain a "src" folder with the changed website files. |

Nick,
Thanks for the reply.
What do I do if I want to start from scratch, ie. new store with SP2.

yeah the full build, filename: BVC5SP2 5371kb seems to be an installer.
so what you saying is that I use the bvc5sp2 to get the WWW code, and use the other download CoreSourceSP2 for the rest of the source code?
(again I just want to start a new project on the latest code).

You can run the installer and grab a copy of the website files from C > Program Files > BV Software > Bvc 5.0.0.947 > WWW
If you just want the files that were changed from SP1 to SP2, you would download BV Commerce 5 - Patch (SP1 to SP2 w/Dev Pack)
If you want the full Dev Pack with SP2 installed, download BV Commerce 5 - Dev Pack SP2
Hope this helps! |

Nick,
ok sounds good thanks.
Just as a suggestion, it would be great if you could include the www into the 'BV Commerce 5 -Dev Pack SP2' (CoreSourceSP2 when you extract it) so all the files (source + www + db) are included in a single download.
