Displaying "Special Offer" txt if a product is

Hi, I need to be able to display details of sales on the product page when an item is "on sale", similar to the page here: http://needapresent.com/shop/get_ProductDetail.asp?PID=1400&DID=7 All that happens at the moment is that the price is amended to the sale amount, but I need to be able to show "Special Offer: Now 17.99, was 19.99" Does anyone know how I can do this in BV?
