As we've finally gotten back to working on the site we're rewarded with a "your license will expire in x days please contact support."


Why is this when I paid for the software in full? How long does it take to get a reponse and an updated license file? I've never had to acquire license files for software after the initial purchase and view this as a major drawback.

You may log into your account at our online store and re-download your license file. This new license file will be permanent. Marcus explains the reason for the temporary license in the following thread:
