Googlebase feeds...has html markup - does google strip out?

In reviewing the feed I just sent I see it has markup in it, does this get stripped out by Google I hope?

Loaded 115 products with the standard feed, got 115 errors and a total failure. Is anyone else having better luck with Sp2?

Is anyone using the froogle import tool and getting it to work? I've tried everything, I get errors every single time specifically:
There are less tabs in this row than in your header (first) row. You may be missing a tab
