I thought this was supposed to be fixed with SP3:
Under Options - Addresses, I have selected to require phone number. customer places order, does not require phone number. I edit order in Admin -- it requires me to add a phone number. |

Same thingin the contactus page. If it's there it's required so we had to remove it.
