Affiliate Sign-up Config Bug? - Added fields don't display in admin

I added 3 fields to collect additional information using the Affiliate Sign-up Config screen in the Admin.
The fields display on the form, and function properly, but they do NOT display in the Admin when you view the Affiliate's information that they have submitted.
Is there another step that I missed to display these fields in that Affiliate information screen? or is it a bug? |

Those additional fields should be injected into the "Notes" field in the admin. Is this not happening for you? |

Hi Justin - Nope, I just went throught the affiliate sign up again to double check, but nothing displays in the notes field.
