I have a client who wants to charge for shipping as follows:
under $100 - $6.95
$100 or more - 5% of total
The under $100 part is no problem, but I can't seem to figure out how to charge a percentage on orders over $100.

I think you have 3 options: 1. Use By Order and set the shipping for each value over $100. For example, $100 - $5, $101 - $5.05, $102 - $5.10. Of course, you could use larger increments like every $10 or every $25. Whatever makes sense. 2. Create your own shipping rate provider. I have a sample here, http://structured-solutions.net/TrackingOnlyShippingProvider. 3. Use my Order Rules provider ( part of Shipping Rate Rule Providers), to implement your rule exactly. |
