I have had this happen twice now. Re process a credit card and later that day the card gets charged again. I am using Authorize.net. In my order details log I show 2 times the card is charged, however in the payment area, after the card is charged, I have no way of running the card a second time. How can this be? We are authorizing at check out, and charging just before we ship, but after order is pulled and complete.

Craig, I also use Authorize.net and authorize at checkout. I then capture before shipping, but BEFORE running the shipping info out to Fed Ex via Shipper (sounds like what you're doing). I haven't seen this. (SP2).

You sure you're seeing Authorize Success and Capture Success, then Capture Success again?. What do see at Authorize's admin?

I'm using LinkPoint and Psigate on our sites. I have our Fraud set to check for Duplicate CC#'s for 120 sec. How far apart are your double charges?
