Customer discount not being applied when entering order through admin

I'm not sure if this has been address or not but I couldn't find any references to this problem. When I'm entering an order throught the admin 'new order' page for a current customer who has a discount assigned to there account the discount isn't being applied. I log in with the customer ID before I start adding products to the cart but no discounts.

Bump ; I ran into this yesterday, for the first time, when trying to "Edit Order" (in Admin) for a customer that forgot to apply the Promo Code in his Shopping Cart.
When I entered a valid working Promotional Code, I received an error stating the code does not apply to this order.
The codes works perfectly in regular cart mode.
Finally, did as Joe suggested. Manually edit the product price and recalculate the prices.
