A recent forum inquiry into hard-editing winappsettings leaves one to think that developers (and talented store owners) are of a mind set that doesn't allow for the use of included admin features first, and hard editing second.



A developers' manual REALLY needs to be issued to eliminate forum posts and more importantly support tickets that are basically "How do I?" inquiries. It's hard to blame the guy who's used to diving into the code ootb on other platforms.



A road map of anticipated operations tied to a "how to do it" FAQ will do, and this could be a topic for the first Wiki.
