I am hoping to reach you via this mechanism, since no one answers the phone at your business. I have called your office to no avail.


I purchased a seat of BV 5 software on Oct 25, 2007 (order number 28366) for the full amount of 999.00 (this was before you slashed your prices).



My question is if I payed for a full seat of software, why is my licence expiring after only 6 months?



I cannot log into BV Admin. This is the information on the order:

This has come up a lot. Basically, after 6 months from purchase, or so, you need to log into your account on bvsoftware.com and download a new license for your store. This is to protect BV from chargebacks, I believe.
