Does anyone have any tips for optimising the running of the BVCommerce site? I have checked the documentation available and can find nothing.

One recent issue I discovered was to run the cart cleanup to cleanup order data to keep the size of the order related tables down. I was wondering whether anyone else had discovered any optimal settings in the administration of BVCommerce, performance-wise, and what they would be.
