How to fix this: Product Import tool imports LongDescription HTML with extra "'s

Hi everyone- I am trying to fix a bug where there are extra " added to my HTML when I import a product. This even happens when I export the product, make NO CHANGES, and then re-import it. This is makign it very difficult to take advantage of the Import/Export tool, because I have to go into EVERY product I import and fix it in my site.
