I would like to know if you offer phone support for the install/configuration of the shopping cart software. I tried the 1-877 number on your website but it was disconnected and I can't seem to find another phone number.
Phone support is important for me in case something goes wrong or I have some immediate needs that can't wait 24H or so on a forum. Is there a number given out after purchase? (I recall there was 30 day phone support after purchase or something similar when I visited your site about 2 weeks ago)

Duane, Our software is designed primarily for developers who wish to use it as a foundation to build a site. We offer phone support through our consulting arm but it has to be scheduled. If you need on-call support for your site we suggest talking with your web hosting company or our great consulting partners at http://www.bvsoftware.com/partners

Hello Duane,
Have you been able to install the store yet? If you have questions, why dont you ask them here. You will get an answer faster than you think. Besides installing and setting up a store is really not that difficult or complicated. |
