Does BV5 allow a search term to be narrowed? Search Must Contain All Words, Any Words or must be an exact match?

Unfortunately not. However, I have not tried specifying quotes around the keywords. Try and see what happens. I am just being lazy to look at the SP to figure out if specifying quotes really works to perform an exact match.

Quoted does not work

I would hope that the source code could be modified to make this possible, if anybody has done this or has some ideas please post your coments.

Sure. You can get anything to work based on source code modification. However, please be advised that this will most probably require a Stored Procedure change as well.
