We are trying to setup a new site using Fedex shipping and are getting an error saying that the Fedex meter number is required (we have the account number). We then find the link to get a meter number, but when we fill out the form to request a meter number we get an error related to the email address field. This field says it is optional, but we get an error whether we put an email address in the field or not.
Any ideas what we are doing wrong?
