Every once in awhile i get a support call from a customer stating that after they add a product to their cart they try to proceed by clicking the checkout button....but instead of being taken to the checkout they are routed back to default.aspx. All the while other orders are going through fine.


Has anyone else experienced this?

Does the customer have cookies disabled in their browser?
