Going from Shopping Cart (cart report) to an Order? How

Regarding the add on "shopping carts report"
We have located a customers cart via the report. I cannot figure out (if possible) for an admin to turn the "shopping cart" into an order. Help!
I've collected payments, but cant seem to finalize the order. help!

It's been discussed here... you can't. There is no control available to change it into an active order.
Just make a new purchase. |
