Hello, We have BVC 2004 and we are trying to use the "Add products from Amazon.com" feature but it's not working. We stumbled upon this post http://forums.bvcommerce...spx?f=24&m=55614 which indicates the feature is now broken because of the Amazon change. We would like to inquire if BV provides any updates/patches/etc. to workaround the issue. Your advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jason Sta Catalina Compass Consulting 805-3890229 ext. 1423

I do not think there have been any updates to fix this as far as I can remember. Did you check the forums after the date time of the post that you pointed above? |

The BV Software staff is on a retreat through 12/14. Messages left via the contact form on the main site are more likely to elicit an "official" response than forum posts. But I can tell you the feature was never updated to use the replacement API from Amazon. |

Amazon has turned off the old API version that BVC 2004 used. We decided NOT to continue supporting Amazon's API when they launched Amazon stores, a direct competitor to our product. We no longer offer support for including Amazon products in BV Commerce stores.
