One of the ways I ship is by using Stamps.com. Is there a way to add Stamps.com to the Shipping Method? So I can send the buyer the confirmation number and link to it in their email? |

Integration with Stamps.com is not built into BVC5. You would have to add it. Note that Shipping Methods are only used to calculate shipping costs (such as the cost of shipping via USPS Priority Mail) during the checkout process. There is also no specific extension point in BVC5 for hooking in your custom code to contact Stamps.com. You could model your customization on BV Software's "Ship by UPS" page, which is essentially a custom page that knows how to talk to UPS and store information in BVC5's database. |

I used to use Stamps, but once I found that Andy's Shipper add-on works with Endicia -- I made the switch - -it is WELL WORTH IT -- automates the whole process for you. Plus I found Endicia to be a much better product than Stamps.com. |
