I've looked in the docs and tried using the forum's mostly worthless search to figure out what these elements are used for.
I uploaded images for Icon and the menus, but I don't see them on the page, nor do I know how the menu graphics are supposed to be used or configured.
Can someone shed some light on that?

The icon graphic is used when you're viewing a grid of categories. The menu graphics are only used by the MainMenu control (the one used for the top-level horizontal nav). The Menu and Menu2 names are really a misnomer. They actually refer to the MenuOnImageUrl and MenuOffImageUrl properties of the Category object. If you want to use an image for the link in the MainMenu control rather than text, add an image to the Menu field. If you want to have a rollover effect, also add an image to the Menu 2 field. Ahhh... Thank you. No idea how I would have ever figured out that Menu Menu 2 stuff.
