OK, so my site is running super slow, i check perfmon on my sql and web server and they are not even at 20% capacity. (dual quad cores on both, so 8 "processors")
i decide to play around with iis to see if i can make this guy run faster, i go to the app pool and change the web garden from 1 to 8, my site runs wicked fast now, but i cannot log into bvadmin or as a customer, it just refreshes the logon screen.
if i type i the wrong password, i get an error stating that it's the wrong pass. so it didnt totally break my users, i turn off web garden and the site works again...but its slow again.

any suggestions?
