Help: "Same as Shipping Address" not working

Greetings:
We just upgraded to version from BV5 SP2 to BV5 SP4.5. Clients have been reporting and we are able to replicate a problem. When client keys in the shipping address, when they enter the state and tabs to the zipcode, screen refreshes or postback and automatically expands the billing address. If client clicks on the "Next Button", BV responds with as error message that billing address information fields must be filled in, even if the "Same as Shipping Address" is checked.
During testing, we tried to uncheck the "Same as Shipping Button" and the screen refreshes fine but if check it again, it would not save that setting.
This behavior does not happen in SP2. We tested on both IE and Firefox with same results.
Has anybody experience this? Any thoughts on how to resolve.

I think I've seen this before after an upgrade. My recollection is that it was related to the checkbox using Anthem previously and jQuery now. Anyway, I believe there is a very minor code change on the ASPX page. Check your code very carefully. It could be something as minor as EnableViewState="false" where it was previously set to "true". |

I had this issue on a new install. What I found worked is make the check box a asp check box not an anthem one and it should solve the problem.
Make sure postback is set to true.
