Hello,

We recently extended a free shipping promotion on orders of $45 or more and, for the most part, all has gone smoothly. Occasionally, though, an order will slip through that is above the $45 threshhold but still adds shipping. I've checked and double-checked that all of the items ordered have been "moved to the left" on the Offers Edit screen, making them free-shipping eligible. Zip codes are valid and this is not an APO/FPO issue. Anybody else have this problem?
