Please excuse my using BV5 for this message, but I am desperate for a solution to my problem.
Our BV2004.9 web site has been functioning fine, until 2 days ago, when the orders stopped. I discovered the Mail Server test is failing under admin settings. But, when I send a message using Outlook, the message goes through fine using the same email server and email authenication without a problem.
Can anyone give me some ideas. It seem like I ran into this problem several years ago, but my mind fails me about the solution.
Any help would by greatly appreciated.

I would check with your ISP. If nothing change on your end, perhaps something changed on their end. We have several clients still running BVC2004 without any email problems. |

Yep was ISP, do not know if resolved yet but site to mailer was a no go. Hooked him up to my mailserver and all was good. |
