I hope this is an easy question but in older versions of the cart site admins were able to login to the BVAdmin section and view a customers cart to assist them if they would like to place a phone order. I believe this was the cart caching option in the older BVCart software.
Does the new BVCart still support this? I thought I looked around but could not find this option to re-enable.

There is the Shopping Cart view -- but you can't tell which cart is assigned to which visitor/customer unless you click on each one and verify contents/total with the customer on the phone. |
