Hello all,

I have just upgraded to 5.5 and just discovered that the Viaklix payment gateway is no longer working for me. I am getting an error message stating that the customer code is too long.

I have not been able to find where this value is specified in the source code.


Here is the actual error message back from ViaKlix.

Charge Warning: Transaction Declined - The value for the CUSTOMER CODE field is too long. 17 characters (maximum) are allowed. Your entry contains 20 characters. If you entered the value for this field, use the browser BACK button to return to the order form and modify the field value accordingly. Otherwise, contact Customer Service at....


ViaKlix does not care what the data is, it just can't be more than 17 characters.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

NovaViaKlix payment gateway is broken for usernames longer than 12 characters.
