I have had two customers now call me and say they were trying to check out and when the hit the Complete Order button on the checkout page, they indicate they get a message that says "Invalid Zip Code" -- I'm not sure what is creating this error -- the customer's zip code is correct -- they tried the 5-digit, 9-digit, 9-digit with dash, and still the same message. On one today I had the customer -- really just reaching for straws -- check the box for a separate billing address and enter the exact same information for the billing address as the shipping address -- and bingo, the order goes through.


So my question is this: If a customer does not indicate there is a separate billing address, how/where is the information, particularly the zip code, pulled into a billing field so the credit card can be validated. It seems that for a few poeple it is not being carried over somehow.



Also, it doesn't matter what type of Payment Choice is made -- credit card, PayPal, phone, check, it's BV that is rejecting the zip code.
Also, this started after updating to 5.5
