today we started getting errors when a user has IE8 and tries to get shipping estimates with UPS. The user gets an error and the order does not go through. Anyone else see this also? I'm running BV5 SP3.2

With IE8 you need to add the IE7 compatibility mode meta tag to all of your master pages. See the 5.6 service pack for an example of where to place the tags.
