Does BV CART work with Paypal Website Payment Pro? And if yes can you please give me link to where I would find information on setting Paypal WEbsite Payment Pro. We see that Bv works only with Paypal Express but not Website Payment Pro. So again, does BV work with Website Payment Pro and where to get information on this.

BV Commerce 5 works with PayPal Website Payments Pro. It is available as a credit card processor from Options->Payments->Credit Card->Edit

If we change there (in Credit Card settings page) to "PayPal Web Payment Pro", than it looks like we will be not be able to proceed payment with "AuthorizeNet" -- only "PayPal Web Payment Pro" will be able to be used for Credit Card, and for PayPal payment ? Lots of customers don't want to use paypal and they need option to use credit cards (not through paypal) but through our credit card processor Authorizenet.
How do we set this up?

PayPal Payments Pro is a credit card processor + PayPal payments service, can do both. If you are looking to keep Authorize.net as your credit card processor but accept PayPal payments, you can sign up for a Business Account with PayPal and enable the PayPal Express option in Options > Payments > PayPal Express.
