Are there any known issues with shared choices and BV 5.6? We have a BV store using 2 shared choices. Both of the shared choices are drop down boxes. On a product when we setup the variations we add both of the shared choices. Then a list of all the possible variations is given; initially all are checked. We check only a few. When we go to edit the product variations they are all there; not just the few we selected. If we go back to product variations only the ones we checked are checked like it knows it wasn't supposed to use them all. It also shows all the variations on the product page, and not just the ones we selected.

I have never known why those check boxes are there -- they do nothing -- I would have thought also that was a way to temporarily deactivate them, but it doesn't work that way. I have seen no explanation for their purpose at all. |
