How do I reset the password for BVadmin?
SSL was not renewed by host (when it was paid for) and since then login does not work.
Can I FTP in and reset?

It requires a few steps in the DB to do it.
Have your host do it, it shouldn't take them more than a few minutes. |

exactly as noah said. you need to go into the DB user table and change the password for the specific user there.
